Something not working, a feature you cannot find, or a question about how the site behaves. Telling us the page you were on and what you expected to happen gets you a useful answer much faster.

A price, market cap, supply figure or chart that looks wrong. Market data comes from CoinGecko, so we may need to pass it upstream, but tell us and we will look.

A swap that has not arrived, or a question about limits, fees or networks. Include your transaction ID — you can find it in the History tab, and it is the only way to trace a specific exchange. Coinvilo is non-custodial and never holds your funds, so swaps are executed by our exchange partner.

To access, correct or delete your personal data, or to ask how it is handled. Email from the address on the account so we can identify it. Our full policy is on the Privacy page.
